The popular ninja-styled beat 'em up, Ninja Gaiden, will be available for purchase in the Virtual Console section of the North American 3DS eShop this Thursday, December, 6th. At the cost of $4.99, you can relive this classic, challenging hit from within the palms of your hands.

Ninja Gaiden was originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in March of 1989. The game was also released for the Wii Virtual Console on December 21st, 2009, and in the Japanese 3DS Virtual Console eShop on August 29th, 2012.

Awesome, I'm definitely downloading it. I swear, I'll beat that game some day.
Love Ninja Gaiden. I would love to see Ducktales for NES on the eShop.
Oh well this is cool. I mean I am not really interested in this title but the more VC titles the merrier.
Love the newer Ninja Gaiden games.  Can't say I've played this one, but I might have to check it out.  The difficulty is what makes me love them.  Same reason I love me some Contra!
I think it's great that this game is coming to North America. If I hadn't already bought it in the Japanese eShop, I might have purchased this one. Like Chris, I'd love to be able to finish this game one day.
